Cult of Hecate Offerings
Members of her Cult are expected to frequently seek to please her and to offer symbols of devotion, affection and gratitude to her in exchange for her power and protection. Those members not making regular offerings find disapproval in her eyes and are often subjected to a stripping of their power and acts of retribution from the Goddess herself.  Keep in mind these are the MINIMAL requirements. The Goddess often requires more than the minimum to gain her favor.

Monthly Offerings

Items of common value such as food, wine and cloths such as fine wool and silk. Because the Goddess knows these items are easy to come by, she requires an offering of this size monthly.

Quarterly Offerings

Items of above average value such as semi-precious stones, household items, black dogs for her pack and special foods that have been brought long distances such as eggplants from warmer climates. These offerings, because of their value are only required once every three months.

Bi-yearly Offerings

Items of exceptional value such as precious metal, gemstones, runes, religious artifacts from rivaling religions, statues of the Goddess, and other works of art. These items are offered only twice a year.

Yearly Offerings

The most precious offering a follower of Hecate can bring is a new member. Because finding and training a new member of the Cult is often a dangerous undertaking, the Goddess only requires an offering of a new member is only required once a year.
