* Any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the proprietary rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights; this includes "WAREZ" (copyrighted software that is distributed illegally), "mp3" files of copyrighted music, copyrighted photographs, text, video or artwork and any other material you do NOT have express written permission to use.

* Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities---specifically hacking, cracking, or phreaking or any software, information, or other material that contains a virus, "Trojan Horse", "worm" corrupted data, or any other harmful or damaging component.

* Hyperlinks to advertisers or other sites not under contract with Starlight Enterprises.

2. You Do agree to the following:

*Starlight Enterprises holds the final decision for what is and is not appropriate for these Boards. We reserve the right to delete, edit or otherwise change content that is found to be in violation of the above stated rules or is found to be otherwise objectionable.

*If you are in violation of the Terms of Use, you agree to a permanant ban, by both email and ISP from this site and any other site run by Starlight Enterprises.
